Much of California’s poppy population is currently
displaying an impressive bloom. But fear
not, as the flowers are well protected during this Corona Virus pandemic – apparently
to prevent the flowers from being exposed to the virus. Because the Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve is
practicing “social distancing” as it is closed to the public. See: Antelope
